A tour of your server panel
Find your way around the server panel: what the left rail shows, what each tab does, and which tabs appear for your game.
Every server on your account has its own panel. A left rail names the server, shows how it is doing and lists its tabs, and the tab you pick fills the rest of the page. This guide walks through what sits where, so you know which tab to open for a given job.
Open the panel
Sign in, go to Servers on your dashboard and select Open on the server. The link at the top of the rail, Back to Dashboard, takes you out again. If you arrived from your billing page, it reads Back to Billing and returns you there.
What the top of the rail tells you
- Name and status. The coloured dot on the game's artwork changes with the server's state, and hovering it names the state.
- Address. The address players join with, with a copy button beside it. If you have claimed a free address, it shows that instead of the IP (Claim a free server address).
- Share & passwords. Opens the details you hand to friends, such as the join password on games that have one. On a game with nothing to show beyond the address, the button reads Share.
- Live figures. CPU, RAM, Disk and Net, plus TPS, Version and Mod loader on Minecraft. They are explained in How to read your server's resource graphs.
The tabs, group by group
The rail groups tabs into Essentials, Content and More. Satisfactory servers get a fourth group, Factory, for its three tabs. On a phone the same tabs sit in one dropdown that shows the tab you are on.
Essentials
Content
Tabs here depend on your game. A Minecraft server has Plugins or Mods (the label follows your server software, and a vanilla server has neither), Modpacks, Datapacks, World Import, Config Editor and Crossplay. Other games add their own, such as Server Settings, Worlds or Workshop. Open the one you want and the top bar offers a guide link for it.
More
More is collapsed on your first visit; select its heading to open it. Opening a tab inside it opens the group for you.
If a tab you expect is missing, you may be signed in as a team member. Each person sees only the tabs the owner's permissions allow, and Team and Notes never show for team members.
