- A control panel in the browser: live console, file manager, SFTP access, backups (on demand and scheduled), databases, scheduled tasks, sub-user access for friends and startup settings, plus game-specific tabs such as player lists and settings editors.
- One-click Minecraft modpack installs from CurseForge, Modrinth and Feed The Beast, or upload your own pack. Plugin, mod and Workshop installers in the panel for the games that support them.
- Every plan has the same features; the plan sets the hardware and how many backup slots and extra ports come with it. Nothing is charged per player.
- Servers are online in under 5 minutes, with a free custom server address.
- DDoS protection included on every plan.
- Change plan up or down from the dashboard.
- Holiday mode: put a server on hold instead of cancelling it, at a flat A$3.99/mo while it is on hold.
- 11 free tools, no account needed: free tools.
Policies
- Billing is month to month and can be cancelled any time. Paying quarterly saves 5%, semi-annually 10% and annually 20%, on every plan of every game.
- Refunds: a full refund within 72 hours of a purchase or renewal payment, no reason required (refund policy).
- A 99.9% monthly uptime target. When it is missed, a service credit of 10% to 100% of that server’s monthly fee, depending on the uptime reached (service level agreement).
- Card payments through Stripe, including Stripe Link.

- Answered by the two founders, who run the servers and wrote the panel.

Limitations
- One location: every server runs in Sydney, so players far from Australia will see higher ping.
- A new company, started in 2026 and run by two people.
- Only the games listed above can be hosted.
- No phone support.
- No public API: servers are ordered and managed through the website and its control panel.
