Minecraft server properties generator

Folder the world lives in. Changing it starts a new world; the old folder stays on disk.
World seed
Seed used to generate a new world. Ignored once the world already exists.

Players are locked to spectator mode when they die.
PvP
Whether players can damage each other.
Spawn protection (blocks)
Radius around spawn only operators can build in. 0 turns it off.
Allow flight
Stops the anti-cheat kicking players who fly.
Force game mode
Puts players back into the default game mode every time they join.

Command blocks work in the world.

Hostile mobs spawn.
Animals
Passive animals spawn.

Villagers spawn in villages.

Player slots
How many players can be online at once.
Whitelist
Only players on the whitelist can join. An empty whitelist keeps everyone out.
Enforce whitelist
Kicks already-online players the moment they're removed from the whitelist.
Online mode
Verifies players against Mojang's account database. Never turn off for a public server.
Operator permission level
Permission level an operator gets from /op.
Function permission level
Permission level a data pack function runs commands with.
Idle kick (minutes)
Minutes before an idle player is kicked. 0 never kicks.
Echo console to ops
Shows console command output to online operators in chat.
Accept player transfers
Allows players to arrive via a transfer packet from another server.
Block proxy connections
Kicks players whose ISP doesn't match Mojang's authentication record.
Require signed chat
Requires a Mojang-signed chat key from each player's client.
Chat spam limit (seconds)
How fast chat messages can arrive before the anti-spam kicks in.
Command spam limit (seconds)
Same limit as chat spam, for commands.
Log player IPs
Shows players' IP addresses in the console and log files.
Show code of conduct
Shows players a code of conduct file before they join.
Bug report link
URL added to the client's in-game bug report flow.

How far players can see. The single biggest lever on RAM and CPU.
Simulation distance (chunks)
How far mobs, crops and redstone keep ticking.
Compression threshold (bytes)
Packets bigger than this get compressed. -1 disables compression.
Watchdog timeout (ms)
Milliseconds one tick may take before the watchdog kills the server. -1 disables it.
Packet rate limit
Maximum packets a player can send before being kicked. 0 disables it.
Entity range (%)
How far entities are sent to clients, as a percentage.
Sync chunk writes
Flushes chunk writes to disk immediately.
Chained update limit
Limit on consecutive block update chains, like long redstone or falling sand.
Use native transport
Uses Linux's faster networking path.
Pause when empty (seconds)
Seconds after the last player leaves before the server pauses itself.

Configuration file for the chat filtering mechanism.

Server list message
The line players see under your server's name in the multiplayer list.

Whether the server answers the multiplayer list ping at all.
