Get Stat Potions (Remedies and Elixirs) in Palworld
How to craft Palworld Remedies and Elixirs that permanently raise your stats, where the lotuses come from and the supply drop setting.
Palworld players often call them stat potions: consumables that raise your character's base stats for good instead of waiting for a level up. In the game they are Remedies and Elixirs, and each one strengthens a single stat. This guide covers what they are, how to craft them and where else they turn up.

What Remedies and Elixirs do
Pocketpair added the five Remedies in v0.3.1: Vital Remedy, Stamina Remedy, Might Remedy, Speed Remedy and Burden Remedy. Its notes say they permanently strengthen the player's base stats, which until then only rose when you levelled up. paldb.cc lists them as health, stamina, attack, work speed and carrying capacity, one stat per item.
Elixirs are a second set of five items for the same stats. palworld.wiki.gg and paldb.cc list the Vital Remedy as Epic rarity and the Vital Elixir as Legendary, and say neither has any effect when a Pal consumes it, so they are for you only.
How to craft them
palworld.wiki.gg and paldb.cc agree on the Vital recipes, and paldb.cc shows the others following the same pattern:
The other four use the matching lotus in place of Life Lotus: Stamina Lotus, Power Lotus, Speed Lotus and Carrying Lotus (paldb.cc). Craft Remedies at a Medieval Medicine Workbench or an Electric Medicine Workbench, and Elixirs at an Electric Medicine Workbench.
Where to get the lotuses
Lotuses are the hard part. They also agree that Life Lotus (S) comes from oil rig chests. palworld.wiki.gg adds raid boss rewards and names Blazamut Ryu, Hartalis, Moon Lord and Xenolord as the bosses that drop it, and says it cannot be bought from merchants.
Other ways to get one
- Supply drops. Both sources list supply drops as a source of ready-made Remedies and Elixirs.
- Medal Merchant. Both sources list the Vital Elixir in the Medal Merchant's stock. This guide does not quote a price, so check it at the merchant.
paldb.cc also lists a Memory Wiping Medicine that resets your spent status points when you drink it, and which has no effect on Pals. Use it if you spend points badly, then re-spend with the Remedies in mind.
On your server
The Remedies and Elixirs are part of the base game, so every player can craft and drink them on a hosted world. How often supply drops arrive is set in the World Settings tab under Rates as Supply drop interval (minutes). Pocketpair's docs describe it as "Meteorite / supply drop interval (minutes)".
